Workshop Description:

Flexibility and Mobility for Bellydancers. This workshop is a total body flexibility and mobility class designed specifically for bellydancers. Attendees will work to develop mobility in their shoulder, hip, and small joints (ankles and wrists) as well as flexibility to achieve splits, backbends, and specialized torso flexibility for lateral movements, belly rolls, and flutters. I recommend attendees have yoga blocks, a yoga mat, and an open wall.

Included in your Monthly Fee of $25 USD:

  • Weekly Live fusion belly dance class with Tracy Rhaj via Zoom on Tuesday at 6:00 pm  (Pacific / California Time).
    a) The Zoom recordings are uploaded no later than one week after the class has been recorded.
    b) There will be vacation periods.
    c) Frequency and schedule are subject to change.
  • Pre-recorded tutorials in High Quality / HD.
  • Access to all recordings of past Zoom classes and workshops.
  • Exclusive articles and tips for growing as a dancer.
  • Technique, drills, choreographies, and much, much more!
